Eat Retreat is a creative retreat for leaders in the food community.
We bring together people from across the country and across food disciplines for an immersive weekend of cooking, eating and collaborating. One member of the restaurant community will earn a scholarship to Eat Retreat. See who’s coming, meet our alumni, and if you’re a chef or restaurateur, apply by February 26!
Attendees are selected through an online application process. Eat Retreat will begin on Sunday, May 17 and conclude on Wednesday, May 20. The event will be held at Camp Shand near the town of Cornwall, Pennsylvania (40 minutes north of Lancaster and 90 minutes northwest of Philadelphia).
The cost to attend is $675, but OpenTable is offering one full scholarship for a chef or restaurateur to attend Eat Retreat 2015. The scholarship includes lodging in shared cabins, food, drink, activities, workshops and campfire s’mores, but not travel or transportation. Apply below to be considered!
