One of the many contributions Rachel Adams made to Eat Retreat was a healthy supply of Jeppson’s Malört – an unusual spirit from her home town of Chicago. In addition to inspiring Rachel’s cocktail, it also inspired James Collier to photograph a series of “Malörtraits” during Eat Retreat Finger Lakes.

- 1 oz. craft gin
- 1/2 oz. ginger simple syrup squeeze-o-lime
- ice
shake –> shudder.
